Dental & Vision Program for Municipal Employees­­­­­­­­­­

Decker Agency and Sun Life are excited to announce a new dental and vision program beginning August 2021. Rates and plans have been designed specifically for municipal employees. Program Highlights:

• Preventative Service Waiver – Cleanings, exams, x-rays do not count toward the policy benefit limit.  That means the full policy limit is available for services such as crowns, fillings, dentures, and bridges.

• Vision Insurance Option – Vision insurance is available stand alone or as an addition to the dental plan.

• No Age Limitations -Most carriers end coverage at age 74. This plan removes that limitation.

• Available to all Municipal Employees – Firefighters, DPW, Police, Office Staff

• Streamlined Enrollment Process – Provide census data to our office only.

• Simplified Plans and Rates – Two straight forward plan options, rating consistent state wide.
